COMPLETION
Setup is considered complete once systems are configured and accessible in the portal.
ONGOING SERVICES
This Schedule C is incorporated by reference into the Automation Institute Month-to-Month Service Agreement. Schedule C defines ongoing services provided by Employers Institute d/b/a Automation Institute ("Company") for eligible packages only.
1. ELIGIBLE PACKAGES
Ongoing Services are included only with the following packages:
Executive Plan ($799/mth)
VIP Elite Plan ($1,599/mth)
Starter, Deluxe (DIY), and Premium plans do not include ongoing services unless expressly upgraded in writing.
2. ONGOING MARKETING & AUTOMATION SERVICES
Company may provide, upon Client request and cooperation:
Creation and management of email campaigns
Creation and management of SMS/text campaigns
Maintenance of automated nurture workflows
Updates to landing pages, websites, and opt-in forms
Product and service gallery updates
Google review request management
Creation of QR codes for campaigns and placements
3. SOCIAL MEDIA SERVICES
Generic social media posting via portal tools
Posting schedule: Monday–Friday (5-day schedule)
Client must provide original content if desired
Client must own and grant access to all social media accounts
Company does not guarantee reach, engagement, or follower growth.
4. A.I. MANAGEMENT
Training and refinement of A.I. voice, chat, and text features
Monitoring A.I. accuracy and performance
Adjustments based on Client feedback
Client remains responsible for final messaging, approvals, and compliance.
5. TECHNICAL MONITORING
Monitoring system integrations for errors
Addressing platform-related technical issues
Maintaining operational stability of the GoAutomation App
Company is not responsible for outages or changes caused by third-party providers.
6. LIMITATIONS
Ongoing Services:
Are not instantaneous
Do not include legal, accounting, or regulatory compliance services
Do not guarantee revenue, funding, or performance outcomes
